Kate minus Jon and the kids...

It seems that Kate is gaining some momentum in her quest to be a TV personality. She has appeard on numerous television shows regarding her divorce with Jon, and the well-being of their children. She has been on "The View" at least 3 times as well. It seems as though the supermom is delving into a whole different world... The world of talk shows.

Kate Gosselin recorded a pilot / test episode for a new talk show that is linked to momlogic.com. Alongside Kate were, Paula Deen, Lee Woodruff and other potential co-hosts. Warner bros. (own momlogic.com) commented that they were very excited about Kate's performance in the test episode.

Apart from the newly revised but still on hold "Kate Plus 8", Kate Gosselin will possibly be in another TLC show that is to be introduced next year, “I think there’s an opportunity for Kate beyond her role as a supermom to explore her other interests,” Eileen O’Neill, the president of TLC, told The Associated Press last week.

What is Jon thinking!!!

Don't you find it humorous that as soon as Jon is out of the picture, he doesn't want his kids being on television anymore. He was originally supposed to be a guest star on the new "Kate Plus 8" show. My guess is that he was going to be making a substantially smaller amount of money per episode, and he didn't want Kate to get rich off of it... so he refused to have his children on the show.

It doesn't make much sense in my opinion. First he took all of the money from his and Kate's joint bank account, and now he is attemping to keep Kate from being able to make any more money off of the children. He is just coming off as very jealous, vengent and vindictive, not to mention an ass.

For the sake of his children, he should just pick a side. He needs to decide if he wants them to continue shooting the show or not. After all, he is in a contract with TLC... and a contract with a major TV station is not easy to get out of. It seems like he just wants to make as much money as Kate is going to from the show...
